If you're hoping to progress into a management role, you'll need a more finely tuned skill set. If you're invited to an interview, use your experience to explain how you've acquired and developed the following business administration skills as you answer during an interview.

Writing skills

The main survival key in business administration is being digitally literate, but writing is still required. You would be considered much more important than you ever imagined if you can send a brilliant text message, a tweet, a social media post, and all other written correspondence easily and quickly by your boss.

Time Management skill

This ensures that you break the day so that all activities will be done within a certain period, such as allocating emails in 60 minutes, booking meetings, and ordering the food in just 30 minutes at the lunchtime meetings.

Speaking Skills

You will efficiently and courteously respond effectively and quickly to phone calls, emails, and inquiries face-to-face. If you can make positive commentaries that do not discredit workers when their job is not up to scratch, managers are searching for their expertise.
